We're hiring
Become a housekeeper
at TS-BXL
We are looking for qualified staff for eastern Brussels and its outskirts.
A useful job, clients who look forward to seeing you, a team that knows you by your first name.
TS-BXL Service Vouchers has been around since 2009 and is approved in all three Regions. More than a hundred housekeepers work with us, for around a thousand clients, many of them expats: English is a real asset and can replace French.
We are a company on a human scale, with two offices, in Kraainem and Watermael-Boitsfort. You are not a number here: your managers know you, answer you and stand by you.
What we offer
Why join us
A proper employment contract
Wages in line with the pay scales of joint committee 322.01, holiday pay, an end-of-year bonus, paid leave, pension contributions and cover if you are ill or injured.
Regular clients
The same homes, on the same days, every week or every other week. You build a relationship of trust and you know where you are going.
Travel 100% reimbursed
We build your schedule with clients close to home and easy to reach by public transport. A car is a plus, not a requirement.
Everything in your pocket
Your schedule, leave, absences, documents and contracts in the Worker Portal app. Ill? You report it by taking a photo of your certificate.
Your health matters
Medical check-ups, ergonomics and prevention advice, support when you return after an illness. The job is physical: we help you last.
A team that listens
A review meeting every year, an intranet with useful information, and an office you can reach whenever you have a question or a problem at a client’s.
Welcome bonus
Your clients follow you? We say thank you.
For each client who follows you to TS-BXL, we pay you €100 at the end of your 3rd month with us, when your permanent contract is signed. Just mention it in the form.
A stable schedule that protects you
- Our clients commit to a regular number of hours, set out in their agreement. They must cancel at least 48 working hours in advance, and a late cancellation is charged to them.
- Their absences (holidays, trips) must be announced ten working days in advance: that gives us time to offer you other work.
- If a client is away, ill or on holiday, the office handles it, not you. And if you are absent, the office informs your clients and arranges your replacement.

How it works
- 1
You apply online
The form below takes five minutes. Tell us when you are available and where you can work.
- 2
We call you
Someone from the office gets in touch to get to know you and answer your questions.
- 3
We meet at the office
We talk about your experience, your hours and your travel. Bring your identity document.
- 4
Your first clients
We introduce you to your clients, close to home, and you get access to the Worker Portal and the intranet.
What we look for
- Pride in a job well done, punctuality and discretion: you enter our clients’ private lives.
- French, English or Dutch, enough to understand what your clients ask.
- The right to work in Belgium.
- Experience is welcome. If you are just starting, tell us: we will talk it through.
Where will you work?
Mainly in eastern Brussels and the nearby outskirts: Etterbeek, Woluwe-Saint-Pierre, Woluwe-Saint-Lambert, Auderghem, Watermael-Boitsfort, Kraainem, Wezembeek-Oppem, Tervuren, Sint-Stevens-Woluwe and Overijse. We also have a few clients elsewhere in Brussels and in Walloon Brabant (Waterloo, Lasne).
Your questions
Do I need a car?
No. We build your schedule with clients you can reach by public transport, and your public transport costs are reimbursed in full. A car is still a plus, because it lets you work for clients further away.
Who provides the equipment and products?
The client. They provide a vacuum cleaner, a mop, cleaning products and whatever the work requires.
What tasks will I do?
Cleaning the home, reachable windows, laundry, ironing at the client’s home, and sometimes small errands or simple meals. No gardening, no childcare, no personal care.
How much will I earn?
Your wages follow the pay scales of joint committee 322.01 and rise with seniority, plus holiday pay and an end-of-year bonus. We give you the details at the interview.
I am ill: what should I do?
Tell the office and report your absence in the Worker Portal app, with a photo of your medical certificate. We inform your clients and arrange the replacement.
My French is not good. Can I apply?
Yes, if you speak English or Dutch: many of our clients are expats and English is a real asset.
