To the best of our ability, and to meet your expectations even better, we try to recruit only staff selected for their know-how and interpersonal skills. Our housekeepers are true experts, mastering housekeeping from A to Z: knowledge of household products, floor cleaning adapted to the materials used, cleaning using hotel* techniques, etc. We offer our staff ongoing training several times a year, enabling them to perfect their knowledge of the profession, learn new techniques and acquire good ergonomic reflexes.

We register your request
We examine the details of your request and check that they are compatible with our immediate availability. We'll get back to you as soon as possible with a proposal. If we don't have immediate availability, we'll keep you informed of our short-term possibilities, and may propose an alternative solution.
We plan the services of your household help
We make our best to adhere strictly to your criteria. If we need to deviate from them in order to respond more quickly to your request, we will provide you with all the necessary information. With your agreement, we will schedule the first services of your household helper.
We evaluate your satisfaction before submitting our collaboration agreement.
Because it's impossible to form an opinion in a single visit, we let a minimum of 3 services pass before discussing your level of satisfaction with you. If everything is OK, we send you a collaboration agreement. If something doesn't work out, we'll look for a better solution for you.
