Report
an incident
A broken object, a damaged appliance? It happens. Report it here: you immediately receive a ticket number, and we handle your claim with your housekeeper and, if needed, our insurer.
Make my reportThe essentials
before you report
Report the incident within 3 working days of the visit: the facts are fresh, the evidence intact and your housekeeper can give her account.
Below €250, damage is considered an ordinary risk of everyday life and does not lead to an intervention on our part, except in case of serious or intentional fault.
From €250, if we are liable, our insurer steps in (wear and tear deducted). The €250 excess is in principle borne by you; depending on the circumstances, we may cover it.
Unless it is urgent, wait for our agreement before having the item repaired, replaced or thrown away: the insurer may want to see it.
Full rules: article 11 of our terms of use. Read article 11
