Request a temporary replacement

1Your situation

To offer you the right solution, we first need to understand what is happening. Which of these situations is yours?

Temporary replacement

Your housekeeper is away for a while

Illness, injury, leave, a short career break…

  • We look for someone to replace her while she is away, depending on our availability.
  • The replacement may come on a different day or at a different time than usual.
  • When she is back, she resumes her visits with you.

Permanent replacement

Your housekeeper is no longer available

Leaving the company, retirement, a long career break, a new work area…

  • We propose a new housekeeper for all future visits.
  • We pass on your habits and instructions so the transition is as smooth as possible.
  • The day or time may need to change: we discuss it with you.

It is not working out with her

Quality of work, punctuality, communication, trust…

  • We can hear anything: tell us frankly what did not work.
  • Your explanations help us choose someone better suited, and avoid repeating the mistake.
  • Meanwhile, unless working together has become impossible, the current visits continue.

Step 2

How does a replacement work?

A replacement is not just finding someone who is free: it is finding the right person, at the right time, without disrupting other schedules.

  1. 01.

    You explain

In the form: the type of replacement, the dates if it is temporary, and what matters to you.

  2. 02.

    We search

We match your criteria with our team’s schedules and profiles, as close to your home as possible.

  3. 03.

    We propose

A person, a day and a time. Nothing changes without your agreement.

  4. 04.

    We check in

After the first visits, we make sure everything is going well.

What we cannot promise

A temporary replacement depends on current schedules and on how long the absence is expected to last: we cannot always guarantee one, especially for a short or unexpected absence. But we keep you informed and keep looking.

Not satisfied? Talk to us

We take every request seriously, without judgement. The more precise you are, the better we choose the next person. You can tell us, for example:

  • what was not done, or not done well
  • late arrivals or unannounced absences
  • communication difficulties
  • what damaged your trust
  • what you expect from your next housekeeper

Your comments stay between you and our team, and also help us support and train our housekeepers.
